How do I create a new ticket / request?

To contact Altia Support, please do so by making a new ticket. Please create 1 ticket for each topic/issue so that we can track each issue to resolution separately.

 

You can email support@altia.com to create a ticket, or use this Altia Support web interface (same system/ticket, but 2 methods to create it).
